Since 2023, San Giuseppe Real Estate Ltd. Co. has been bringing Catholic Social Thought into real estate development and consulting. Our firm specializes in operationalizing the teaching of the Catholic Church, by aligning sources and uses to fulfill the four pillars of Catholic Social Thought: human dignity, solidarity, subsidiarity, and the common good. We advise faith communities on how to align their discernment with action; we develop projects which align the interest of all stakeholders; we are industry leaders in research on Church properties.
