- Use the finances raised to cover construction costs
- SGRE manages the professionals on the project
- Construction timeline between 10-36 months

Step 6. Operation
- Hire mission-aligned property manager (PM)
- PM begins lease up during construction
- PM manages daily operations and is paid through the project

Step 7. Fund Mission, Ministry, and Evangelization
- Income can fund ministry, charity, education, and vocations.
