  • SGRE manages the professionals on the project
  • Construction timeline between 10-36 months

Step 6. Operation

  • Hire mission-aligned property manager (PM)
  • PM begins lease up during construction
  • PM manages daily operations and is paid through the project

Step 7. Fund Mission, Ministry, and Evangelization

  • Income can fund ministry, charity, education, and vocations.
