Our Patron, San Giuseppe
Before embarking on our business journey, we dove into a deep discernment process, and asked St. Joseph (San Giuseppe) for his intercession. We have consecrated our firm to him because of his unyielding support for those seeking to serve their families, communities, and to venture where others have not, relying on faith, charity, and love of God, to arrive safely.
Our firm’s mission takes us into uncharted waters. Our vocational work, at the intersection of faith and real estate, relies on knowledge, skills, and relationships which we believe strengthen the Catholic faith. We believe assets are a patrimony that belongs to God, and it is our duty to steward them. Good stewardship requires constant study of the faith, the real estate market, and the ways in which we can use assets to better the people’s lives. This work, in short, requires a holistic approach, rooted in prayer, that seeks to align economic outcomes with ordered ends, i.e., with God.
To aid us, we humbly ask for St. Joseph’s intersession. He is the patron Saint of families, housing, workers, justice, and the Universal Church.

Our Principles
The Catholic Church has a rich tradition of thinking deeply about how Christ calls us to live out our faith. The Holy See has produced documents called encyclicals commenting on the most important issues in society at the time, and how Catholics can think through them. Some of these encyclicals discuss economic, social, and political matters—together, they make up what is known as Catholic Social Thought.
From the encyclicals, four core principles emerge: Human Dignity, Solidarity, Subsidiarity, and the Common Good. Our firm operationalizes these principles into real estate practice.

Human Dignity
Real estate must serve the inherent human dignity of every person

Solidarity
Real estate must serve community, family, and faith formation

Subsidiarity
Real estate must be operated for the good of all stakeholders

Common Good
Real estate must build prevailing systems of justice
